To harass someone is to bother, make fun of, trouble or attack them, and this is done repeatedly. Someone who harasses wants to hurt the other person (it's not an accident), and does or says the same things over and over again. There are three main types of harassment:

  • Bullying (physical, verbal, social, cyber)
  • Sexual Harassment
  • Racial Discrimination.

Regarding Fair Dealing for Teaching, which is true in Canada?

[a] " Fair use for the purpose of teaching permits the use of portions of any work, including a work on the internet, and includes posting of portions of a work on a restricted access Web site for students."

OR

[B] "Fair dealing is not permitted for the purpose of teaching."
