| The most common cause of the event you are experiencing is one
of the following: |

make sure that Caps Lock has not been pressed. The username and password are
case Sensitive.

you have more than one UserId and password @2Learn.ca and the one you are
attempting to use is not authenticated for this secure log-in. If so, try your
other UserId and password.
Please note: Our automatic UserId and Password email-out process will
email multiple account information if they exist. Email us if you cannot remember the
authenticated UserId and password assigned to you.

your browser cookies may not be enabled - the solution is to enable cookies in
the preferences of your browser.
-
your browser cache or history file may be full - the solution is to empty it.

if the workstation has not been turned off for awhile, or is in heavy use, it
may have to be re-booted to clear cached files on the network.

rarely, although we have had a number of people experience this, the browser
may be corrupted and may have to be reinstalled.
