Having Difficulty Logging In?
The most common cause of the event you are experiencing is one of the following:
  • make sure that Caps Lock has not been pressed. The username and password are case Sensitive.
  • you have more than one UserId and password @2Learn.ca and the one you are attempting to use is not authenticated for this secure log-in. If so, try your other UserId and password.
    Please note: Our automatic UserId and Password email-out process will email multiple account information if they exist. Email us if you cannot remember the authenticated UserId and password assigned to you.
  • your browser cookies may not be enabled - the solution is to enable cookies in the preferences of your browser.
  • your browser cache or history file may be full - the solution is to empty it.
  • if the workstation has not been turned off for awhile, or is in heavy use, it may have to be re-booted to clear cached files on the network.
  • rarely, although we have had a number of people experience this, the browser may be corrupted and may have to be reinstalled.
